A ten year old lost her life on Sunday morning, as she was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the Priority Bus Route.

Annessa Gabrina Nero of Macoya Gardens was attempting to cross at the Macoya Intersection at around 11am, when she was hit by a blue Hyundai Accent. 

The child was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where she succumbed to her injuries.
