Another flu death has been reported for the month of February. Added to the toll of 39 deaths in January, this brings to 40  the number of persons who have died as a result of the H1N1  influenza virus in Trinidad and Tobago.

The flu vaccine is still available,  According to the Ministry of Health  87,603 vaccines were administered nationally as of last Friday, February 7th.

There are 158 suspected H1N1 flu cases reported for  the  2020 calendar year .

There were 3,854 for  2019.

Up to Monday, February 10 there were  618 flights with  47,039 airline crew members and passengers who were screened upon entry into Trinidad and Tobago.
