Several more areas are without electricity on Wednesday morning, T&TEC confirmed in a statement issued a short while ago.

Crews are working to restore power in Williamsville, Orange Hill and Studley Park in Tobago, Sangre Chiquito and Mt Dor.

The Electricity Commission says the area with the most activity overnight was Tobago,  with seven area outages.

Service Centre operations return to normal this morning, opening hours are 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.

The Commission has deactivated the additional hotlines which were 794-7264 and 794-4823, however, its 24/7 Call Centre remains -800 TTEC (8832) or 800 BULB (2852).

“The Commission remains on alert as we monitor Adverse Weather advisories from the Meteorological Service,” the statement ended.
