Last Thursday was the launch of Kinetic Mas Limited’s Carnival presentation, ‘Mas Pieta’, designed by Peter Minshall, in Woodbrook.

While Kinetic Mas Limited is a new company, they say that they are ‘by no means new to Carnival, nor the production of mas’ because they have ‘over 75 years of carnival experience and have produced numerous carnival presentations throughout the years.’

Minshall 2020 Mas Pieta: Le Paradis Retrouvé is a presentation described as a visual symphony, in 4 acts/movements containing over 20 sections. In 1976 Paradise Lost was born and in 2020 Mas Pieta: Paradis Retrouvé came as the second half completion of a two-part circle.

Kinetic Mas aims to produce an experience which delights their masqueraders for Carnival 2020 and also guarantees to be one of the focal centrepieces for Carnival 2020.
