A second road fatality has been recorded for the year. This time a 21 year old Chaguanas man, identified as Nickelle Luke Foster ,was killed on Thursday night on the Uriah Butler Highway.

Foster is said to have lost control of his Mitsubishi Lancer before he overturned on the south bound lane of the highway near the Monroe Road Overpass. He died at the scene and firefighters had to cut his body out of the wreckage.

In Tobago Taury Ramsey died on New Year’s Day  after he crashed a grey B15 car into another vehicle along the Claude Noel Highway.
