The family of Shane Ramjattan has issued a plea to the nation to help them find him and bring him home safely. They said Ramjattan suffers from a number of ailments including diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and scoliosis.

They believe he may have been robbed and kidnapped as his car was found abandoned in a ditch in the Moruga area yesterday.

The Anti- Kidnapping UNIT (AKU) has since said that they are working on the case and are actively looking for the 24-year-old father of two. He was last seen liming at a bar near his home on Wednesday night. Police have recovered his cellphone and shoes in the van.
