In some unfortunate news, police are investigating the death of a seven-month-old boy. According to reports he has been identified as Makia Ormsby, of La Mango Village, Maracas St Joseph.

The incident happened earlier this week on November 18, when the toddler was reportedly found unresponsive at Future Leaders Day Care located along Tunapuna Road, Tunapuna. It was also reported that when police arrived a 37-year-old woman who was running the day care was performing CPR on the infant.

A post-mortem has been ordered to confirm the cause of death and PC Edwards is continuing enquiries.
