Princes Town MP Barry Padarath has been granted an exemption to return home for political screening with the United National Congress.
Padarath travelled to Florida before the closure of Trinidad and Tobago’s borders in March, to be with his daughter who is a US citizen.
He requested leave from the House of Representatives until June 30th.
The Princes Town MP will now be required to provide government with his proposed travel details to return home.
