By Newsroom

Burna Boy has been confirmed as the headlining act for the Tobago Music, Arts and Culture Festival, which is set to take place from October 24th-27th.

The event, which was conceptualized by sisters Arlene and Corelli Lyons, comes right before Tobago hosts its Carnival celebrations from October 28th-30th.

Apart from the ‘African Giant’, other stars who are scheduled to grace the festival stage include Kes The Band, Nailah Blackman and Lyrikal.

Calypso icon Lord Nelson will also be honored.

“TOMAC is not just an event, it is the natural outgrowth of the Lyon’s legacy and a manifestation of a movement started by this women powerhouse with the purpose of sparking a cultural revival and economic reawakening that draws on Tobago’s abundant talent to create hope and prosperity for the people of Tobago for generations to come,” Arlene said.
