Unrest was reported at the Remand Section of the Golden Grove Prison on Tuesday morning as prisoners even streamed some of it live, via Facebook.

It all ties in with the Coronoavirus scare as prisoners say the courts are on lockdown and they are stranded in Remand without a trial date.

Police and prison officials responded to the reports of unrest as these photos show heavily armed officers on their way to the Golden Grove prison on Tuesday morning, while others guard from a distance.
