Eight More Test Positive For COVID-19

Trinidad and Tobago crossed the 200 mark of confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Thursday morning, as the Ministry of Health confirmed an additional eight people tested positive for the virus. 

This brings the total number of cases to date to 207, 64 of which are currently active. 

Three of the new cases are contacts of recently positive COVID-19 patients, while the remaining fiveare pending epidemiological investigation. 

The Ministry assures that all established protocols have been implemented.
