A confrontation with police ended with an Enterprise man being killed on Friday morning. 

At around 5:10 am, officers of the Central Division Intelligence Unit and Central Division Task Force Area North arrived at the home Joshua Christopher, alias ‘Shorto’, to execute a search warrant when they say they were met with gunfire. 

Christopher was rushed to the Chaguanas Health Facility but succumbed to his injuries while being treated.

Police reportedly recovered a firearm from the scene.
