Online records posted by the Hennepin County Jail on Wednesday evening have revealed that former Minneapolis police officer Thomas Lane, one of the four men charged in the killing of George Floyd, has been released from jail on bond with conditions.

Lane is charged with aiding and abetting Floyd’s murder.

Former officers Tou Thao and J Alexander Kueng face similar charges, with all three accused of failing to leave their positions or take action as Floyd struggled to breathe.

Thao and Kueng remain behind bars.

Derek Chauvin, the now ex-officer who was seen on video with his knee on Floyd’s neck for nearly nine minutes, also remains behind bars. He is charged with second and third degree murder and second degree manslaughter.
