A family is in mourning after an 11-year-old boy is believed to have committed suicide at his home in Couva last night. He was rushed to hospital by his father but could not be saved. According to reports the child was told to go to bed as it was a school night. After his father went to check on him he discovered the boy with a cord around his neck. An autopsy is expected to be performed today.
