The Foundation for the Enhancement & Enrichment of Life (FEEL) will begin phase one of its distribution of cloth masks to the national community this weekend.

The bulk of the locally manufactured masks was donated by the Syrian-Lebanese Women’s Association (SLWA), who supplied ten thousand masks.

Janouras Limited donated and cut the fabric for the 10,000 masks while Fakoory’s Limited donated rolls of elastic. Members as well as friends of the SLWA volunteered to stitch and assemble the masks, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC).

As production ramps up, FEEL will continue distribution throughout the country.
