Five additional persons have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the overall number of confirmed cases to 169.

Three are primary contacts of a recently positive COVID-19 patient.

 Two are pending epidemiological investigation.

The Ministry ensures that all established protocols have been implemented.

Meanwhile, two persons have been discharged from the Caura Hospital.
