The TTPS is asking for the public’s urgent help to find missing 5 year-old KEEGAN PRIMUS.

According to the TTPS: “KEEGAN, of Second Caledonia Road, Morvant, was last seen on Upper Frederick Street in the vicinity of the Port of Spain State Prison (Royal Jail) around 1:00 pm today, Saturday 22nd February, 2020 and was reported missing to the Central Station around 3:10 pm.”

He is of African descent, brown complexion, with dusty brown short hair, was last seen wearing a red shirt with the letter “F” printed in black at the front, blue 3⁄4 pants and red sneakers with white soles.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of KEEGAN PRIMUS is asked to call 800-TIPS or contact the police at 555, 999, 911 or at any police station or share information via the TTPS App.
