Food Cards And Rental Assistance
More social assistance will be given in the form of :
- Members of Parliament will receive the 50 Temporary food cards each worth TT$510.00.
- Each family will get one card and a top up at the end of the first month and an additional two months.
- Those Already on a food card holder will get a top up in April.
- Public assistance and disability will get a top up too.
- TT$2500 rental assistance for an initial period of three months… and then another three months, after that the assistance will be reduced to TT$1500.
- Local Government Councilors will get cards to distribute to families in school feeding.
