Former President of the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association, David John-Williams, died early this morning.
John Williams, who served as President of the TTFA from 2015-2019, was also the founder and President of the Couva based W Connection Football club.
Affectionately known as “Presi”, his contributions and commitment over the last decades will be remembered, a statement from the TTFA read.
TTFA Normalisation Committee Chairman Robert Hadad added, “David’s passion for and knowledge of the game will be well remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.”
