Fuad Abu Bakr has been removed as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) at the Jamaat Al Muslimeen, the organization led by his father, Imam Yasin Abu Bakr.

In a statement issued by the group on Wednesday evening, Acting PRO Lorris Ballack  said Abu Bakr “does not speak for or on behalf of the Organization”.

No specific reason was provided in the announcement of his removal, which is effective immediately.
