He Was Filmed Shooting Three People During BLM Protests. He Was Released From Prison Today

By Newsroom

Less than three months after he was video taped shooting three people during  #BlackLivesMatter protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August, 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse has been released from prison on a $2million bail.

Sheriff David Beth of Kenosha County said Mr. Rittenhouse was released on Friday afternoon after the teen’s supporters had raised the money needed to win his release as he awaits trial.

Two of his victims, Anthony M. Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum, succumbed to their injuries.

Many white conservatives in the US had defended Mr. Rittenhouse’s actions which took place as protesters demonstrated over the police shooting of Jacob Blake, saying he acted in self defense.

Actor Ricky Schroder and  Chief executive of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, who is also an ally of President Trump, made donations to help the teen make the $2m to post bail.

The teen faces six felony charges including two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
