The Met Office has predicted a 70%  chance of heavy showers and thunderstorm activity across Trinidad and Tobago beginning on Wednesday. 

As a result, a Yellow Level Adverse Weather Alert was issued on Tuesday as the Met Office monitors the passage of another Tropical Wave.

The most severe showers are expected early on Wednesday morning and again on Thursday.
