The TTPS is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 16-year-old, KHELSHA JOSEPH of Morne Diablo, Penal. She was last seen on July 22nd, 2024, and was reported missing to the Penal Police Station on the same day. She is of African descent, medium built, light brown in complexion and has brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black dress with a pair of black Nike slippers and a knapsack. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Penal Police Station at 647-8888 or 800-TIPS.
