Have you seen 18-year-old, ISHMAEL PHILIPS?

ISHMAEL, a Milat student, was last seen leaving the compound at Mausica on September 23rd 2024. He was reported missing at the Scarborough Police Station on September 30th 2024.

He is five feet, five inches tall, strong built, has a round face, lowhaircut, space in his front teeth and a mole on his right forearm.
