“I’ll Do Better”: Zess Star Tempa Apologizes For Vulgar Performance With Young Audience

By Newsroom

Tempa has broken her silence amid outrage over her performance at the Buccoo Goat and Crab races this week, apologizing for exposing youngsters at the event to the adult content of her songs.

The zess artist, who pointed the microphone for children to recite the lyrics during her performance, said in a statement this afternoon that as a young and upcoming artist there’s still a lot for her to learn.

She promised to rebuild her performance when there’s an unexpected crowd.

In a statement earlier today, the Buccoo Village Council said it takes full responsibility for the entertainment selection.

It said all artists were advised ahead of their performances to refrain from using obscene language, adding that it had anticipated an adult crowd for the nighttime performance.
