The Tobago House of Assembly election will be held on January 25th, 2021.

The announcement was made by President Paula-Mae Weekes this afternoon, following consultation with Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley and Chief Secretary of the THA, Ancil Dennis.

Nomination Day will take place on January 4th.

In the last THA, which was resolved on November 17th, the ruling People’s National Movement controlled 10 of the 12 electoral districts in the last THA, with the Progressive Democratic Patriots (PDP) holding the remaining two.
