Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Girls 12, 13, 17

A 30-year-old fisherman was arrested and charged by Child Protection Unit (CPU) officers-on allegations he sexually assaulted three young girls over a four year period. 

The suspect, of Grandford Village, Maracas Village, Maracas Bay, was arrested on Wednesday- this after one of the victims- the man’s 13 year old stepdaughter, reported the abuse to North-Eastern CPU officers.

Lead investigator, PC Castle, launched enquires into the victim’s account which led to the discovery of the other victims.

According to the victims, the accused reportedly offered money to all three girls to perform a series of sexual acts.

He was charged with four counts of procuring sexual services of a child, one count Indecent Assault and one count Sexual Touching.
