A 35-year-old watchman was granted bail with a surety in the sum of $350,000 when he appeared at the Port of Spain Magistrates’ Court, earlier this week. He was charged with Kidnapping, Sexual Touching, False Imprisonment, Serious Indecency, and Grievous Sexual Assault. According to the TTPS, a woman entered a private taxi in Carenage, driven by a man known to her and requested to be taken to Big Yard. However, the driver took her to the Skallywag Bay, Chaguaramas car park, where it’s alleged that he pulled the head of the woman and demanded she perform various sexual acts.
