One man was killed following a shooting incident at Simon Road, Carapo on Monday night. 

The victim has been identified as 43 year old Roger Cabie.

Officers were at the time conducting an anti-crime exercise in the area. 

Initial reports suggested Cabie was killed by police, however the TTPS has since refuted such claims.
