The newly revamped traffic system, called the UTurn System, will come into effect from March 2nd 2020. Some of the changes will include the Red-Light Camera Enforcement Sys­tem and the Demerit Point System which will work together with the new traffic ticketing system. The announcement was made today during an unveiling of the plan by Works Minister Rohan Sinanan at the Hyatt Regency earlier today.
