Police arrested two men yesterday and recovered two vehicles which were reported stolen. The vehicles were recovered by officers of the Northern Division’s Special Investigations Unit, during an anti-crime exercise conducted in the Northern Division yesterday.

According to the TTPS: “Officers conducted the exercise between 5:00am and 1:00pm, on Friday 10th January 2020, during which they recovered a white Kia K2700 pickup which was reported stolen in the St. Joseph district on Monday 23rd December 2019, along with a white Nissan Latio, which was reported stolen from the Tunapuna district in June 2019.”

Two men, a 36-year-old of Cunupia and a 36-year-old of Las Lomas were arrested in connection with the finds.
