The Police Complaints Authority (PCA) is calling for witnesses to come forward as investigations continue into the killing of Beetham resident Ornella Greaves, on Tuesday. The pregnant woman was shot and killed during an exchange between officers and protesters on Tuesday.

Top Cop Gary Griffith has said he will not suspend any of the officers in question until the investigations are complete.
