A 41 year-old Santa Cruz man was arrested by officers attached to the Western Division Task Force after he was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm.

Officers executed a warrant in the Santa Cruz district on Monday, where they discovered one Berretta pistol fitted with a magazine with fourteen  rounds of 9mm ammunition.

Investigations are continuing.
