Siblings Charged In Kadijah Flement Murder Case

A brother and sister duo will appear in court on Monday, for their roles in the murder of 25 year old mother of one, Kadijah Flement, who was first reported missing on June 7th. 

Faith Ramsubagh, 18, of Green Hill Avenue, Taradole, was charged with carrying out the murder, while her brother Kyle Delande, alias “Iron Beast”, 27, a scrap iron dealer, of the same address, was charged with the offence of disposal of a body.

They will appear before a Both accused will appear virtually before a San Fernando Magistrate.

Police say a third suspect, a 30 year old nurse, remains warded at the St Ann’s Hospital.

The nurse, who is the legal guardian of Flament’s daughter, was detained by police days after she went missing.

The decision by the Homicide Bureau to lay the charges followed advice received on Saturday from Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Joan Honore-Paul. Constable Jagessar laid the charges.

Flament, 25, a mother of one, was last seen at Building 8, Olera Heights Vistabella, on June 7th.

She was reported missing three days later.
