Gunmen stormed the family home at Windsor Park in Couva and shot dead 23-year-old Vishani Chitbahal and her 25-year-old brother while they were sleeping. Vishani is reported to have died on the spot during the attack at one o’clock on Thursday morning. Her brother died at the hospital a short while afterwards. They are the only children for their parents with whom they lived at Windsor Park. No other details have been forthcoming. The map below shows the general location of Windsor Park.
