The South Florida Carnival Band Leaders Association Mas, Junior Mas, and J’ouvert band members have pulled out of the Miami Carnival 2020 road experience, scheduled to take place from October 8th to 12th. The Association said it believed it was the best decision to make in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
