Stabbed to Death Before Bodies Set Ablaze

By Newsroom

A pathologist has confirmed that three persons whose bodies were burnt in a fire at Guapo village last Friday, were stabbed before the blaze.

This has confirmed the suspicions of the police officers investigating the crime scene who found blood splattered at the house where the bodies of 69-year-old Ceslyn Farrell, her 48-year-old son Patrick Farrel and a family friend 41-year-old Seychelles Hannah were found.

The house was set on fire around 8 30 on Friday morning.

Police had detained a suspect for questioning but he was released.

Hannah was reported to be living with the Farrell’s for the past three months as she tried to get away from a relationship that had gone bad.

Hannah who previously lived at South Central Road in nearby Point Fortin was taken in by Ceslyn whom she met in church.
