Stay at Home measures also means not exercising in public spaces according to the Minister of National Security, Stuart Young.

Young advised  the public that “the stay at home measures which commence from midnight tomorrow (Sunday 29 March, 2020) mean that persons should limit being outside of their homes unless they are part of the essential staff of essential businesses or to conduct essential activity.”

He added that medical experts have advised that persons exercising outside of their homes in public spaces carry and increase the risk of spreading COVID 19.
