Nineteen year old Ronaldo Assing will appear before an Arima Magistrate today, charged with murdering Josiah Maloney, of the same age, on April 14th.

The suspect faces other charges including firearm and ammunition possession and shooting with intent, as another person was wounded during the incident.  

Meanwhile, in a separate incident, Murder accused Sekayi Archer will appear before an Arima Magistrate today, after being arrested in the Tunapuna district last Saturday in connection with the murder of  40 year old Damien Goodman which occurred on March 23rd.

The 21 year old suspect is also charged with shooting with intent, possession of firearm and ammunition and possession of firearm and ammunition to endanger life.
