JERREL HUTCHINSON, aka ‘Frankie’ an accused gang leader was denied bail and remanded into custody by a Port of Spain Magistrate earlier this week. He appeared alongside two others charged with gang-related offences.

The 22-year-old was charged with one count of being a gang leader, one count of demanding money by menace, one count of receiving stolen items and one count of money laundering, while MARVIN ST. LOUIS, 36, and SHANEE BLACKETTE, 19, were both charged with receiving stolen items and supporting a gang leader in the commission of gang-related offences.
