Police are investigating the death of 30-year-old David Strubing, who was found chained to a gas tank after a house fire was extinguished by residents. According to reports, residents of 2nd Drive, Bagatelle in Diego Martin, formed a bucket brigade to try and extinguish a fire that developed at the two-bedroom home of Strubing. They made the gruesome discovery after the fire was put out. Strubing’s chain was also secured with a padlock.
