Officers of the Crown Point Police Station are seeking the public’s urgent assistance in locating 48-year-old Fisherman, JOSEPH RAMKISSOON of Cottage Trace, Golden Lane, Tobago.

Ramkissoon, who is also known as Jack Sparrow’ was reported missing by his common-law wife on January 23.

According to the TTPS statement on the missing man he was allegedly taken against his will by two men of East Indian descent, driving a dark-coloured vehicle at the Gibson Jetty, Bon Accord.

Ramkissoon, is of East Indian descent, brown in complexion, black dreaded hairstyle, five feet, eight inches tall, slim built, approximately 140 lbs with bushy facial hair. He was last seen wearing a pair of dark-coloured pants, and a dark
coloured t-shirt.

Police are currently following leads based on information received. According to police reports, he was last seen on January 19th, 2023, at his home.

Police are currently treating this investigation as a kidnapping and they are asking anyone with information to contact the Crown Point Police Station at 639-0020 or 639-0042 or the Anti-Kidnapping Unit at 688-0556, 688-0553.
