Tobagonians have been put on alert that a man identifying himself as Raychad Raheem has been posing a Public Health Inspector, claiming to be conducting services on behalf of the Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development.

The Division advises if anyone is contacted by this individual, they should alert police.
