Trade unionists will now be listed under essential service workers, following the instruction of Prime Minister Dr the Hon Keith Rowley.

In a short statement posted online, the Office of the Prime Minister said the amendment to the Public Health Regulations comes following the reopening of the commercial economy and in anticipation of increased  business activity in the coming days.

OPM said this will come into effect immediately upon publication of the relevant Regulations today 12th May, 2020.
