T&T Records Another COVID-19 Case, Pending Epidemiological Investigation

By Newsroom

Trinidad and Tobago now has a total of 142 recorded cases of COVID-19, six of which are currently active.

In its morning update on Friday (July 24), the Ministry of Health stated that the new case is currently being investigated to determine its origin.

It is the third case recorded this week that has not been identified as an imported case.

On Thursday, Minister of Health Terrence Deyalsingh said the present reality- which the country has not faced in roughly 80 days- is no reason to panic, however he said it was cause for concern.
