The Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association (TTUTA) says it is “uneasy” regarding the rise in local COVID-19 cases, and is calling on the Ministry of Education to discontinue SEA preparation classes as a precaution.

In a release on Tuesday, the Education Ministry said classes will continue for the rest of this week, and a decision will be made next week, as to whether they will continue.

It also announced that the date for the examination will remain at August 20th.
