Two men, aged 32 and 39, were held in Siparia last night for possession of marijuana. 

Police were carrying out an anti-crime exercise when they stopped the vehicle the men occupied. 

Cops searched the white Laurel motor car and found 1.2 kilogrammes of marijuana, which has an estimated street value of TT$12,000. 

South Western Division Police are investigating the matter.
