By Newsroom

Two Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) employees were both fined $2500 each when they appeared before a Port-of-Spain Magistrate earlier today. They were charged with larceny of diesel, which occurred in June 2018. They were arrested after police observed them loading two yellow kegs of diesel from a marked PTSC vehicle into another vehicle. The kegs had an estimated TT$119.00 worth of diesel fuel.

CURTIS ST. LOUIS and ANDREW SERGEANT were ordered to pay $1000 forthwith  and were granted time to pay the remainder. In default, the duo would have to serve three months hard labour.
