US Intelligence Denies Any Classified Information Was Leaked in Air Strike Chat

By Newsroom

Democrats have slammed a chat group leak as “sloppy, careless and incompetent” and pushed for officials to apologise during a Senate grilling earlier today, March 25.

According to the BBC, US intelligence officials Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe have both denied there was any classified information in the chat, which discussed US air strikes on Yemen.

Asked if the incident was a “huge mistake”, CIA Director Ratcliffe replies: “No.”

Meanwhile, Donald Trump is backing National Security Adviser Michael Waltz, who accidentally added a journalist to the chat, leading to the story.
