Residents of St.James/Cocorite and environs are advised that repairs to a leaking pipeline along the Western Main Road, Cocorite, in the vicinity of West Shore Medical, have been completed.

The Water and Sewerage Authority said in a statement the works were completed ahead of time at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday.

It added the water supply has been restored, however customers are advised that it may take up to 12 hours for the pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas. The section of roadway restricted in order to carry out the repairs has also been fully restored and reopened to the normal flow of traffic.
